The texture is lovely soft and round. The taste has the character of sweet limes and green melon, nicely balanced with the mineral freshness. Long lasting nice aftertaste. Great cuve made from four different micro parcels, all of which are very old vineyards, 60 80 years old, located between Buttrio and Manzano on the southern border
