Bacoo rum is produced on the juice from sugar cane, after which the rum is stored in used Bourbon casks for 7 years. This has resulted in a dark amber color and with a unique taste and aroma of vanilla banana, coffee and cream with a soft medium body. Bacoo Rum originates from the Dominican Republic and has a recognizable quality, consistency and character. The name Bacoo comes from a mythological creature from
