2025, RouZe Viognier Pure ChardonnayThis low alcohol, light bodied "half red, half ros" is a true vin de soif made from Cinsault and Carignan lightly pressed after a short maceration. The wine was inspired as a joke from the producer's name: in French, Mirouze sounds like a pun between mi rouge (half red) and mi ros (half ros).
