2025, Vin de Petanque Vin Jaune La Galoche (the name ofVin de Ptanque is a charming red wine from Mas de Libian, made from a field blend (75% Grenache, 15% Syrah, 5% Mourvdre, plus small amounts of Counoise & Vaccarse) grown biodynamically in clay limestone soil with galets (pebbles). The grapes are spontaneously fermented in tanks, with a short maceration (~5 days), after which the wine is pressed and aged briefly. Bottled unprocessed and without added sulphur a summery, lively and casual wine designed
