Danish Oak _tilgangeligfad 'Ny dansk spiritus – HåndværkDanish Oak is our first attempt at using Danish oak casks in interplay with our Spelt Rye whisky, made from malted rye, barley, and spelt. The result is a more intense variation of our Spelt Rye, with deeper notes of vanilla and baking spices, and a fruitiness of red berries.
