Cavazucchi is made using a traditional northern Piedmontese blend of nebbiolo (85%)

Podere Le Ripi Cielo d'Ulisse Brunello di Montalcino DOCG 2021 Rosévin after which the wine isCielo d'Ulisse is favored by the "fresh climate" on the western side of Montalcino. Here, the vineyards are surrounded by forest and river, allowing them to better withstand heat. This results in a dynamic wine with great drinkability and not too much sweetness. The color is deep dark red. The aroma is wonderfully robust with small dark red berries and fruits, with blackberries being particularly prominent. The taste is full of finesse with high
