2024, Mash-Up Cru Medium bodied with soft taninsThis unique wine blends 50% Blaufrnkisch and 50% Welschriesling, macerated overnight in steel tanks and fermented spontaneously. After pressing, it ages for 7 months in used oak barrels with the lees a lighter red ros expression, where fresh berries, acidity, light spice and minerality play together in an elegant and playful glass
