Planning began in 2012 and two years later it went into operation in the south of Tel Aviv. The name of the distillery is a reference to the biblical expression The Land of Milk and Honey. M&H Classic matured for an undefined period of time in a combination of former bourbon and red wine barrels. Bottled at 46 vol. % alcohol, without coloring and not cold
