The wine is made using the traditional method and matures for at least 24 months on the lees in the bottle. L'Ormarins Brut Classique Ros is made from a blend of Chardonnay (50%) and Pinot Noir (50%) grapes grown in the cool climate vineyards of the Anthonij Rupert Winery. The wine has a pale pink
