A year earlier, the team around the owner had acquired a rye farm. Dave Pickerell passed away in 2018. Since then, the distillery has been run by Emily Harrison and Meghan Ireland. Whistlepig 15 years matured the entire time in fresh American white oak barrels (Virgin Oak). Bottled at 46 vol. % alcohol, without coloring. Aroma: Fully ripe citrus fruits with an aromatic mix of
