Illahe Willamette Valley Pinot Noir, 2021 Bordeaux Rouge Terra AltaCream + poppies on the nose, bright red currant, boysenberry, musk + whipped cream with ripe strawberries. On the palate, integrated french oak, red berries and earth tones. Native yeast fermentation, 20% whole cluster, aged in French oak. Illahe is Chinook for "Land, Earth or Soil". Illahe is committed to a sustainable relationship with the land, utilizing small lots, horses and holistic practices. Willamette Valley, Oregon
