Aberfeldy 16 Year Single Malt Scotch liqueur Crafted from a hand-selected barrelSoft notes of honey, freshened with citrus, which gives way to spiced pears, studded with cloves, and drizzled with caramel. On the palate this well dram is at first sweet and rich like fruit cake, but ends satisfyingly with a hint of dark chocolate. Longer fermentation for honeyed richness. Aberfeldy whiskies are produced using a long fermentation, up to 70 hours, which gives them a rich, honeyed and fruity flavor long established as the house style.
