Vineyards: A single vineyard wine from Greenock on the western side of the Barossa Valley. Vines are around 30 years old, and the soil type varies from Ironstone to deep clay. Winery: All fruit was destemmed and wild yeast fermented. Matured primarily in French oak hogsheads (300L) for 18 months. 20% New French oak and a small portion of old American oak. No fining agents were used and all
