Harvest 25 September to 30 October. pH 3. 78. Warm and spicy on the nose, the alcohol is a little evident. There is real grip to the palate, chalky tannins bringing definition and structure. Cassis and chocolate come together, this is true Cabernet. The alcohol however lingers on the finish much as on the nose. (TP)
