Sinapius' close planted (high density) blocks are planted on volcanic soils from 12 different clones of pinot noir. Ruby garnet hues. Exuberant bouquet red cherries leap from the glass, with hints of smoky Szechuan pepper, cardamom and beef tartare. Layers and layers of beautiful fruit, and fine chalky tannins build to create a
