I was frankly shocked to find that the aromatic profile here was even more elegant and arguably finer than that of the Amoureuses with its bright red and blue pinot fruit
The mouthfeel of the medium weight and mineral-driven flavors is once again relatively refined as the supporting tannins are also relatively fine-grained
I gave it a couple of extra days open to be sure just how lovely it was
