Description

with superb delineation

this wine is now a candidate for drying out given its hollow middle and hard

character-filled effort made from Rostaings Languedoc-Roussillon vineyards

Probably too young now

This is rounder

Domaine, Sylvain Cathiard Size:6x750ml with superb delineationA fresh and bright nose speak of red currant, cherry and a subtle application of wood. The sleek, intense and agreeably textured flavors exude a refreshing salinity on the focused, linear and slightly raspy finish that offers a bit more overall depth. Worth checking out.
