The tender and delicate 2018 Flor de Silos has an expressive and open nose

Still a bit edgy owing to its firm acid/tannin spine and mineral underpinning but finishes with subtle length

Note that this is sufficiently structured to repay 5 to 8 years of keeping

for all of the richness and flirtation with overripeness on display here

Jean-Marc Blain-Gagnard, Chassagne Montrachet other_regions_italy rather jewelly nose – the(from a mix of ~30% young vine 1ers and villages fruit). An expressive nose of petrol, rosemary oil and apple leads to rich, round and caressing flavors that are not particularly dense though I like both the depth and length on the clean, dry and balanced finale. This could be enjoyed young or with 5 ish years of keeping.
