with honeyed impingement both aromatically and on the palate reinforcing the sense of relative opacity and rounded richness that the other Graachers in this year s collection displayed
sappy and youthfully austere finale that displays fine length

Crushed rose petals
caressing and juicy medium-bodied flavors that brim with sappy dry extract before terminating in a softly mineral-inflected and long finish
Caroline Morey, Chassagne Montrachet Champs Gains Vintage:2017 with honeyed impingement both aromatically(from vines planted in 2009). An airy and pretty if not especially dense nose combines notes of white orchard fruit, especially pear, with those of citrus, wood and resin. The delicious and round flavors also display good punch that contrast somewhat with the youthfully austere and reasonably long finish. This will need to add depth if it is to merit the upper end of my projected range. (89 92) 2024+
