With its distinctive pink color and generous marbling, salmon loin is a much appreciated dish. Its firm and juicy flesh gives a satisfying texture and a fantastic taste. Whether you choose to grill, bake or roast the salmon loin, it will retain its natural juiciness and melt in your mouth. Salmon back is even so good that many people prefer to eat it raw!
