Designed for bikes without suspension (rigid frames), where the fender can be mounted closer to the tire. A special, smaller, radius is used to let the fender 'hug' the tire better, to get that cool low down custom look that only a rigid frame can provide. Note: Length is measured around the radius. Width is measured from inside to inside and mentioned for reference only.
